THE EXPERIMENTS
This little side project started out as Australian landscape painting, then it evolved to abstract landscapes and shapes, then to dots and animals! I have no idea where it's going to go, so I decide to just call it The Experiments!
Whilst I love creating my girls, I also enjoy experimenting with painting. It's massively therapeutic to get lost playing with paint, patterns, colours and textures without focusing on the detail of realism. It's a space for me to use a different part of my brain, experience new challenges, make happy accidents, build new skills and hopefully bring this experience and knowledge to my portraiture work.
